The English for Office Skills examination is suited to administratvie and secretarial staff who want to evidence that they can process documents rapdily and accurately in a modern English-speaking office.

The test focusses on spelling, language usage, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, error correction and proof-reading.

Students will need to demonstrate accuracy in use and transcription of English and understanding of office-related tasks to spoken or written instructions.

The English for Office Skills examination is available in 2 different levels, an Elementary level and an Intermediate level.

The examination is an hour long and is split into 2 different sections that cover listening comprehension and reading comprehension.

The test is available on-demand meaning that you can sit for the exam on a date that suits you.

Suitable for: Students wanting to progress or evidence their learning in an English-speaking professional environment
Course options: 20 lessons per week (a lesson lasts 45 minutes)
30 lessons per week (a lesson lasts 45 minutes)
Lesson times: 20 lessons per week: 11.00am-12.30pm, 1.00pm-2.30pm
30 lessons per week: 9.00am-10.30am,11.00am-12.30pm,1.00pm-2.30pm
Course content: 20 lessons per week: 2 lessons a day English for Office Skills Preparation, 2 lessons a day General English
30 lessons per week: 2 lessons a day English for Office Skills Preparation, 4 lessons a day General English
Class size: English for Office Skills Preparation lessons: 10 students maximum
General English lessons: 15 students maximum
Start days: Any day of the week from Monday to Friday
Course duration: We recommend a minimum of 4 weeks
