The Maltese islands have a rich and diverse history, perfect for people with an active interest in culture and the arts.

From mysterious Megalithic temples through to the 16th century Capital City of Valletta, Malta has something to offer everyone.

The country's national architecture reflects influences from many of the different nations that have left traces on the islands.  From the Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans to the Arabic nations, Sicillians and British, many cultures have left their mark on Maltese society and history.
